Welcome

Let's set up your studio, Lori.

Five short steps. What you enter here becomes the live pricing on your website and the rules your booking calendar follows. You can change any of it later under Settings.

Step 1 of 5 · Your business

The basics.

Step 2 of 5 · Services

What you offer, and what it costs.

Tap the types you plan to offer. Each one gets its own durations and prices; add or remove length options as you like.

Step 3 of 5 · Policies

House rules.

Accept deposits

On: clients hold a booking with a percentage deposit and pay the balance at the session. Off: every booking is paid in full at checkout (card, or Afterpay on $100+).

Step 4 of 5 · Availability

When you work.

Your weekly hours. Block individual days from the Schedule tab later (holidays, days off).

Step 5 of 5 · Review

Ready to open the books.

Your studio is set up.

Your website now shows these services and prices. Next: block any days off, then share your booking link.

These are what the website's pricing cards show. Durations and prices save to the same store the site reads.

Payments

Checkout runs through Square. Verifying a payment here records the Square receipt or payment ID against the appointment so you can match it in the Square Dashboard.

Client records & compliance

Intake forms and SOAP notes are health information. In production, store them in an encrypted database with access logging, not in a browser. Checklist for Texas:

  • Signed consultation document before the first session (16 TAC §117.91), updated when the reason for care changes.
  • Keep dates, services and billing for every client at least 2 years (16 TAC §117.90(f)).
  • Texas Medical Records Privacy Act (Health & Safety Code ch. 181) applies to anyone who stores health information: no selling it, privacy training for any staff within 90 days, written access on request.
  • Breach of unencrypted records must be reported to affected clients within 60 days (Bus. & Com. Code §521.053).
  • Never store card numbers; Square holds them. This app only keeps the receipt reference.

Demo data

This demo keeps everything in this browser only. Sample clients and appointments are marked "Sample".
